You grant HerpGPT, its developers, successors, and assigns, a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, and otherwise exploit your Contributions, in whole or in part, in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to improving the HerpGPT service, training artificial intelligence models, research, development, and commercial purposes, without any obligation to provide attribution or compensation to you.

This means we are free to incorporate your knowledge, data, suggestions, and feedback into our systems, datasets, and public-facing services without restriction.

Personal Information

While your Contributions themselves are subject to the broad license granted above, any personal information you provide during the application process (such as name and email address) will be handled with respect to basic privacy principles. We primarily use this information for communication regarding your potential or actual contributions and will not sell this specific contact information to unrelated third parties. However, please be aware that information provided as part of your Credentials or Contribution Interest may be used as part of the licensed Contributions.

No Confidentiality

You agree that your Contributions are not confidential and that HerpGPT has no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of any information you submit, except for the specific personal contact information mentioned above under standard privacy practices.

Warranty

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant the licenses described in this policy and that your Contributions do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. We encourage you to review it periodically. Continued submission of Contributions after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
